These terms apply when you buy a data pack from BTOHub.sg. Last updated 8 Oct 2026.
1. Who we are
BTOHub.sg is run by Kydos Pte Ltd (UEN 202308154M), Singapore. Contact: support@btohub.sg.
2. What you buy
Digital files (Excel, CSV and Google Maps files) as described on the data packs page. Prices are one-off, in Singapore dollars, and paid by card through Stripe. We never see your card number.
3. Delivery and updates
You can download your files as soon as payment goes through. Your download link stays valid for 12 months from purchase and always serves the latest version of the files you bought.
4. What you may do with the files
- Use them inside your own business, including your staff, for example to plan marketing, sales territories or research.
- Share charts, maps or totals you make from them.
- Do not resell, share or publish the files, or large parts of them, and do not use them to build a competing data product.
The files contain data from data.gov.sg under the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0; that data stays available to everyone under its own licence.
5. Accuracy
We compile the packs from public government sources and check them (see how we build the data), but we cannot promise they are complete or error-free. Keys dates for blocks still being built are estimates. BTOHub.sg is not affiliated with HDB, the CPF Board or SLA.
6. Your marketing
The packs contain no personal data. If you use them for marketing, you are responsible for following the law and estate rules that apply to you, including the Personal Data Protection Act and the Do Not Call Registry.
7. Refunds
If a file does not open or something in it is wrong, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you in full.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
