On this website
Your answers in the grant checker stay in your browser and are cleared when you close or refresh the page. If you use the 4km check, the two postal codes are sent to our server and to OneMap to measure the distance. They are not stored.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It uses cookies; you can block them in your browser.
On WhatsApp
The Kydos Home WhatsApp bot keeps your phone number and your answers so it can continue the conversation with you. If you tap Get HDB alerts and say yes, we keep a record of your consent and may send you updates on BTO launches, HFE deadlines and grant changes. Reply STOP at any time to stop.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with property agents.
