What BTOHub.sg is
BTOHub.sg helps people buying an HDB flat, and the businesses that serve them. Buyers get free tools: a grant checker, every BTO project since 2021, keys and MOP calendars and a defects checklist. Businesses can buy block-by-block data packs built from the same HDB and government data.
Who runs it
Kydos Pte Ltd, a Singapore company (UEN 202308154M). Kydos also runs Kydos Home on WhatsApp.
How we make money
From the data packs and from advertising space. The grant checker and the free pages stay free. We do not sell personal data, and the packs contain none.

BTOHub.sg is not affiliated with HDB, the CPF Board or the Singapore Land Authority. Grant results are estimates: your HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter gives the final figures. How we build and check our data.
